Our teams of Advisors deliver advice, solutions and services across investments, wealth planning, credit and banking to help clients build, preserve and manage their wealth over time. As apart of the Professional Loan Program (PLP) team, we offer tailored loan programs to employees of our private equity clients, to enable them to personally co-invest in the funds being managed by their firms. We also use the PLP to offer loans or lines of credit to new partners at professional service firms to finance their partnership equity purchases.

Job Responsibilities:
  • As the new client's main point on contact, you will be responsible for introducing the Professional Loan Program by sending a customized Program Welcome Letter, sending application, collecting and reviewing information for underwriting, and collaborating with internal teams to complete onboarding, including Know Your Client ("KYC") due diligence.
  • Partner directly with clients, internal Middle Office teams and required third parties (Family office representatives, notaries, couriers, and borrowers counsel) to manage deal progression and closing ensuring an overall excellent client experience.
  • Act as primary owner of the existing loan portfolio while performing various aspects of sales and credit management: + Proactively manage upcoming covenant and annual review deadlines to collect information from clients in a timely manner to prevent past dues.

+ Work closely with our counterparts on capital calls & distributions and serve as a primary point of contact for client's program related questions and potential modification requests (e.g., loan increases).

+ Own escalations and collaborate directly with the Client Service Groups to resolve credit related service inquiries.

+ Maintain client interaction reports across the Professional Loan Program (PLP) portfolio.
