This role is responsible for assisting customers with financing options, collecting and processing loan applications, and coordinating with lending partners to secure timely approvals. This position plays a critical role in helping homeowners move forward with their projects by ensuring a smooth, professional financing experience. Duties Guide customers through available financing options for home improvement projects Assist homeowners in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently Review applications for completeness and compliance before submission Submit loan applications to lending partners and monitor approval status Communicate with lenders to facilitate approvals and resolve any issues Follow up with customers regarding application status and next steps Maintain organized and accurate records of all applications and communications Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the financing process Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support project timelines Experience Previous experience in loan processing, financing, banking, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with technology and online application systems Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Schedule Part-time (flexible hours) Some evening or weekend availability may be required based on customer needs
