Job Grade:
Non-Exempt-4 (NE4) Job Purpose Within authorized authority, HFCU policy, state and federal law, this position provides expertise in underwriting, structuring, documenting, approving or denying member loan requests for all non-real estate loans including credit cards, personal loans, boat, RV, auto and indirect loans. Key Accountabilities. Key Accountabilities Underwrite loan applications by reviewing member information, analyzing credit bureaus, verifying collateral value, and determining the overall ability for the member to repay Review and decision indirect loan applications with professional and courteous dealer interaction Provide timely cross-sale information, counter offers, credit line reviews/closures to internal team Ongoing education and training Qualifications, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or General Education degree Two years related experience and/or relevant training Working knowledge of state and federal Lending regulations Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft office suite Reasoning ability to structure loan offers, understand regulations, policies and procedures Member service and communication skills Negotiation skills Analytics and creative reasoning What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
