This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vehicle sales and finance transactions while supporting our sales teams and lending partners. Job Responsibilities Process vehicle sales deals accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Ensure compliance with all finance, legal, and dealership documentation requirements. Review and verify deal paperwork using established checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness. Navigate dealership software, including Dealertrack, DMS systems, and various contract types such as purchase, lease, business, and electronic contracts. Communicate with lenders to obtain and confirm customer financing terms. Prepare and submit funding packages to financial institutions. Follow up with lender funding departments to ensure contracts are funded promptly. Maintain current knowledge of lender programs, policies, and documentation requirements. Collect customer down payments by cash, check, or credit card and accurately process receipts. Maintain strong communication with the sales and accounting departments to ensure efficient deal processing. Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous dealership, banking, finance, accounting, or administrative experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday . Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems, financial software, and digital document management tools. Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry files, office supplies, or documents weighing up to 20 pounds . Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while processing high volumes of documentation.
