Start Your Escrow Career Strong As an Escrow Officer I, you'll manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into an officer role and grow. What You'll Do Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions Prepare and present closing documents Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally What You Bring Three or more years of progressive experience in an escrow, title, or real estate environment, including at least two years carrying independent escrow files in an Escrow Officer capacity.
