Build Your Banking Career with Reliance Bank Reliance Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Loan Operations Specialist I to join our Retail Loan Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Corporate Office in Altoona, PA. As a Retail Loan Operations Specialist I, you'll help ensure retail loans are accurately processed, maintained, and serviced while supporting customers and internal teams throughout the loan lifecycle. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with financial information, and contributing to exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Book and maintain loans within the Bank's systems. Process account maintenance requests, including payment reversals, modifications, escrow transactions, and account updates. Support loan servicing functions such as payoffs, collateral releases, and automatic payment maintenance. Maintain loan files and documentation in accordance with Bank policies. Research and resolve loan servicing issues, discrepancies, and account exceptions. Perform balancing, reconciliation, and quality control activities. Assist customers and internal business partners with loan servicing inquiries. Support escrow administration, audits, and compliance-related activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
