Job Description
Scope of the Role As Loan Documentation Administrator, you will lead QNB's loan documentation function to support accurate, compliant, and timely loan closings and portfolio maintenance. This senior, onsite role safeguards documentation quality, strengthens controls, and ensures reporting integrity. Key responsibilities include supervising documentation preparation and deadlines; validating internally/externally prepared and attorney-drafted documents; confirming approvals, appraisals/environmentals, and policy adherence; managing pending exceptions and workload distribution; completing final post-settlement reviews; assigning core-system loan codes; preparing and processing modification documentation and core changes; coordinating with lenders, Loan Services, attorneys, and title companies; overseeing CRA/HMDA/Small Business data collection inputs; monitoring flood insurance at origination; owning related vendors/software; producing management reports; and serving as liaison to auditors/examiners.
