Job Description

Loan Services Administrator First Capital Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that we have a full-time opening for a Loan Services Administrator at our Headquarters located in York, PA. Working in our Consumer Lending Department, the Loan Services Administrator is an integral part of our Lending Operations. In this challenging role, the ideal candidate will work with all levels of staff and management providing operational support for our Consumer Lending products. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate loan and collection data and following policy and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loan maintenance, loan servicing, loan quality review, loan audits, loan research, loan corrections, collecting supporting documentation, Collateral Protection Insurance, ancillary liability protection products, and various department reports. The Loan Servicing Administrator performs filing, scanning, and other clerical duties, and handles requests for information and responds to lending questions from members, employees, and vendor partners.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years prior experience in a financial institution with understanding of loan products. High School Diploma and related experience required. College Degree preferred Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and with all levels of management and staff.
