Work hot and warm transfers generated through Ladera's marketing Conduct outbound follow-up with existing and non-contacted leads Manage your pipeline and borrower database Build long-term relationships through Ladera's Lender for Life program Identify purchase, refinance and referral opportunities Develop self-generated business and referral relationships to expand your productionEXPERIENCE & LICENSING
ActiveNMLS/MLO
license required Minimum 3 years of Consumer Direct/Call Center mortgage sales experience preferred Minimum 5 active state licenses , including California and states within Ladera Lending's footprintCOMPENSATION
Base pay + commission Successful Loan Officers have significant earning potential based on individual production. Full-time | In-person + Optional WFH daysYOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER MORTGAGE JOB.
