This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting users, managing system enhancements, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position will work closely with Retail Lending leadership to help advance key initiatives, new products, and lending technology capabilities. What You'll do... Act as the systems administrator for all Retail Lending technologies, applications, integrations, and loan origination systems Serve as the primary liaison to COCC regarding Encompass technology Fully leverage lending systems to maximize efficiency and support regulatory compliance Investigate and recommend technology solutions for current and future lending operations Manage system releases, upgrades, testing efforts, user communications, and implementations Analyze and document workflows and recommend process improvements Build, test, and implement business rules, custom input forms, workflows, and third party integrations Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues Oversee projects involving new loan products, services, and system enhancements Participate in departmental planning, goal setting, and strategy development Assist in developing and maintaining best practices, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and Procedures Coordinate with Loan Servicing, Accounting, and other departments requiring loan and financial data Prepare recurring and special reports in accordance with Bank Data Governance Standards Perform other duties as assigned What You'll bring...
