Job Description:
Process documents for real estate transactions Maintain and build professional relationship with customers Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers Understand and address all title requirements. Assist in the collection of the necessary data to include but not limited to; payoff orders, property taxes, water/sewer, HOA status, and municipality lien search's Entering all collected data into the closing system Able to operate in a paperless atmosphere Is results and task driven with accuracy Constant communication with the client/customers and Real Estate agent's supervisor on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process Schedule closing and conduct closings as needed Team player is a must Communicate with team and customers Ability to multitask Ability to work independently and with the team Attention to detail and organizational skills are required Identify areas for improvement Compensation /

Matching Dental and Vision Insurance Minimum Requirements:
3+ years as a Title Processor or with in the Title / Escrow Industries High School Diploma or GED Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations Qualia experience a plus Knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents, TRID, and real property law a plus Background check required
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
