Excellent Job Description What You Will Be Doing Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners . Build new business through in-person, virtual, and print outreach . Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational seminars . Develop new marketing and business-development initiatives with the firm's marketing team. Work closely with the title/closing team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client. Build long-term relationships with real estate professionals, vendors, referral partners, and other industry contacts . Identify challenges affecting business development and work with internal teams to develop solutions. Regularly communicate with the COO and Operations Manager regarding goals, metrics, challenges, and opportunities. Stay current on title insurance, real estate, industry trends, and company services . Develop enough knowledge of the firm's real estate legal services to educate prospective clients and referral partners. Take ownership of your territory, appointments, networking, and business-development activities with minimal supervision . Experience You Will Need Must-Have 5+ years of title industry experience . Background in a title agency or law firm practicing title/real estate transactions . Florida Licensed Title Agent (LTA) — this is a key requirement. Existing and demonstrable relationships with referral partners . Strong network within the Central Florida real estate/title market . Experience in title insurance sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management . Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and setting your own appointments. Strong professionalism when representing the firm. Ability to work collaboratively with the internal title team. Strongly Preferred Notary License — the posting is inconsistent by saying it's preferred but also "required"; the firm will help obtain it if needed. Spanish-speaking ability. Marketing degree. Real estate sales experience. Mortgage/lending experience. Real estate appraisal experience. Real estate management experience. Previous closing/processing experience.
