We are looking for motivated individuals to help empower and equip every member, for wherever life takes them. We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Lending Specialist to join the Rock Valley Credit Union team! The Lending Specialist is responsible for providing an engaging and educational member experience. They must be able to work efficiently and exhibit good problem-solving and decision-making skills. The Lending Specialist will be accountable for providing excellent member service through digital channels, utilizing cross-selling abilities, achieving referral and sales goals, as well as displaying a strong team spirit. You will be successful in this role if… You work well with a team but can also work independently You know how to communicate with different audiences You manage your time well You invite constructive criticism and implement feedback You have strong interpersonal skills You're self-motivated and driven Requirements This is a full-time position in Machesney Park with partial remote flexibility after a training period. This position is $22
  • 24 plus incentives.
Intermediate math skills and proficiency with technology devices are beneficial to this position. Education equivalent to a high school degree; experience equivalent to 1 to 2 years of related financial industry experience. The ability to speak bilingually is preferred.
