Your Impact & Responsibilities Coordinate & Implement:

Oversee the booking of new loans and analyze booking trends to provide actionable guidance to the leadership team.

Ensure Compliance:

Meticulously review installment loan files for completeness, ensuring strict adherence to state, federal, and internal regulatory requirements.

Build Relationships:

Communicate empathetically and professionally with internal teams, third-party vendors, and customers to resolve issues, finalize files, and establish payment plans.

Optimize Workflows:

Drive operational efficiency by managing the receipt, scanning, and indexing of loan documents utilizing Microsoft Excel and internal reporting systems. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of Loan origination and knowledge of structuring, and servicing with SAP experience. (
