Job Description

I am a local Broker looking to add an additional Loan Officer to my team for our Whittier office. This would be a mostly remote/hybrid position. We are an inhouse lender for a local Real Estate company. Advantages working for Villa Lending, Inc. Ability to shop the market for the best rate. We are currently approved to use over 20 lenders. Direct access to agents as an in house lender. Small team dynamic. Fun environment. Unlimited pay potential as it is 100% Commission based. In the office once a week/as needed to meet with agents & clients. Skills Skills to include but are not limited to the following: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), 2-4 year College Level Loan Origination or processor knowledge is a Plus Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Outstanding Customer Service and Comprehensive skills Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Goal Oriented Requirements Valid DRE and NMLS license Available full time 1+
