"A Home for Everyone." Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential loans in the Boise area. You'll work directly with clients and referral partners to structure the right mortgage products, leveraging a wide range of lending options and third-party relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and professionals Help manage and grow our Preferred Broker network Guide clients through the loan process, from consultation to application and closing Analyze borrower needs and recommend suitable mortgage products Submit complete loan applications and work with processors/lenders for approvals Stay current on regulatory guidelines and market trends Meet individual and team production goals Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the banking industry. Minimum 2 years' experience in residential mortgage origination Active NMLS license (Idaho or eligible) Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC products Excellent relationship-building and communication skills CRM and mortgage software proficiency High ethical standards with a client-first mindset Preferred Existing referral network in Boise/Treasure Valley Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred) Benefits Competitive base salary + commission Collaborative, supportive work culture
