Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage credit administration, underwriting, or a related financial services role. Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements in the United States. Proficiency in credit analysis and financial statement review. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or similar credentials. Experience with mortgage loan origination systems and credit risk management software.
