Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. A National bank is looking to add a new SBA Commercial Loan Officer to their team. This organization is a long-standing bank with a great reputation!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to meet goals set; production, new relationships, and budgets.
- Source new clients and maintain an existing portfolio of relationships.
- Present loan packages to loan committee.
- Interact with leadership and clients in a professional manner.
- Represent bank in local community.
- Complete periodic reviews.
- Analyze and present new, renewals and loan modifications to leadership.
What You Need:
- Experience with credit analysis, completion of formal credit training preferred.
- Ability to work hand in hand with credit team, leadership and clients.
- Experience with SBA lending, ability to self source $15mm annually in new loan production.
- Knowledge of SBA 7A and 504 lending loan programs.
