We're seeking an individual to join the team at our Miller location as a Senior or Intermediate Ag Lender that will lead the loan team and have the opportunity to become market president of the Miller and Highmore locations. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Understand customers' requests and needs in various sectors of agriculture including crop and livestock production
• Develop new credit relationships
• Lead team of other lenders
• Collect financial and other information necessary to analyze customer risk and ensure proper file documentation
• Calculate financial ratios and historical performance using balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
• Determine the value of collateral including farmland and machinery
• Understand and refer other banking services
• Support and attend internal and external events such as customer appreciation events and community functions Experience/Skills Candidates must have at least five years of agricultural lending experience and be able to lead and work independently in a professional setting.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are required. A farming background and working knowledge of the agriculture industry are preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture or a similar field of study preferred but equivalent work experience will be accepted.
