Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with members by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate lending solutions.
- Evaluate loan requests and determine loan eligibility.
- Assist members with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
- Analyze credit reports, income, and financial information to assess risk.
- Prepare, process, and fund consumer loans accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Titling Clerk to ensure liens are perfected and documentation is complete.
- Process lien releases and maintain accurate loan records.
- Ensure all loan documentation complies with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Loan Officer to maintain quality lending standards.
- Promote the credit union's loan products and educate members on available options.
- Deliver exceptional member service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
