This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties to ensure successful closings. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute opening emails and transaction acknowledgments to all parties involved. Review and verify file information against purchase contracts or title requests, ensuring accuracy of: Property addresses and zip codes Spelling of names Buyer marital status and related details Clear title requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Order, review, and update payoff statements, HOA documents, and other required items. Prepare seller documentation and receipts for all funds received. Initiate wire transfers and provide accurate wiring instructions. Respond promptly to all calls, voicemails, and emails. Maintain professional and positive relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers, and sellers. Ensure compliance with Premier Escrow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of one (1) year of escrow experience preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with SoftPro software is a plus. Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
