The ideal candidate would be warm, energetic, friendly, self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized with at least one (1) year of experience. This is a full-time position offering health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and access to 401K. Notary Public is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to perform duties involved with closing real estate transactions. Work with clients to close transactions in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner. Coordinate closings and communicate file status/needs with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and team. Order/Distribute title work and title commitments to required parties. Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and other required closing documents. Receive and adhere to closing instructions from lenders and/or their counsel. Collect all real estate taxes, homeowners' association (HOA) dues, and any delinquencies. Secure all documents required for the successful close of escrow and issuance of title insurance. Attend and participate in closings.
Prior to disbursement:
balance the file, confirm good funds, and verify the accuracy and completeness of all closing documents. Manage the entire real estate closing/escrow process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, closing/escrow requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions. Perform additional duties as assigned by manager. Adhere to State and Federal regulatory requirements. Why join our team?
