We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Loan Originator to join our growing team. We welcome both recently licensed Loan Originators looking to launch their careers and experienced Loan Originators seeking an opportunity with company-provided leads and strong earning potential. In this role, you will originate real estate loans and hard money loans while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Originate Real Estate Loans and Hard Money Loans. Follow up promptly with company-provided leads and guide borrowers through the loan process. Underwrite and review loan documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualify customers for owner financing by discussing loan options, rates, down payment requirements, estimated taxes, insurance, and other financial terms. Provide closing settlement services to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Maintain current knowledge of the mortgage industry, including RESPA and other applicable lending regulations. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within loan origination systems. Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails while providing exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal team members. Perform other duties as assigned to support the loan operations department. Qualifications Bilingual- Spanish/English required High school diploma or equivalent. Recently licensed or experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) Active Texas RMLO license required Knowledge of RESPA and other applicable mortgage regulations preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and loan origination software such as Calyx, Encompass, or similar systems. Skills Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Goal oriented with a desire to maximize earnings through commissions while delivering outstanding customer service.
