Markets products and provides information on types of loans available, gathers financial and credit information needed to evaluate loan applications; guides the application and approval process. May specialize in loans to businesses or individuals, or in loans to buy real estate.

Job Description
Lending Specialist:
Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition. Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility while processing and preparing loan applications. Make loan underwriting decisions to give the best options to our customers. Maintain policy and procedure compliance Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank. Assist with account management and recovery processes, including collection calls. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.Employee Benefits:
