Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Signer for their Financial Services Title Department. The right candidate will meet and greet homebuyers during closing for signature and notary process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records Give the homebuyers a warrant booklet Issue the keys to the homebuyer one they have been approved by the Escrow Officer Qualifications Education and/or Experience One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
