Job Description

Supports the Escrow Officer by handling file setup, document collection, communication, and administrative tasks. Core Responsibilities Open title orders and set up escrow files Collect required documents (HOA, payoffs, insurance, IDs) Order surveys, HOA docs, and payoff statements Prepare preliminary closing documents Coordinate scheduling Maintain communication with agents and lenders Assist with post-closing tasks Required Skills Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Excellent communication Ability to manage multiple files Familiarity with title software (training acceptable)
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
