We serve our members guided by our simple yet powerful mission statement: Exceeding expectations one member at a time. The Role In this role, you will be a critical part of the Mortgage team. You will assist members with their mortgage lending needs, analyze loan requests, and make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy. Preferred:
Mortgage Loan Originator License Responsibilities Review and evaluate information on mortgage loan documents to determine if buyer, property, and loan conditions meet bank and regulatory standards. Approve or reject loan application, or request additional information. Establish terms and conditions of an approved loan and review with members. Market the Credit Union's mortgage lending program to companies and individuals within the real estate community, networking and building clientele, working with the Marketing Department to create social media posts and promos. Cross-Sell Credit Union Services that will benefit the member. Assemble documents in loan file, including acceptance or denial. Participate in Continuing Education classes and online webinars. Participate in community involvement with Wasatch Peaks. Schedule This Full-Time position offers 40 hours per week, with hours normally between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; events can extend as early as 7:00am and as late as 7:00pm.
