CB Vault Loan Assistant About US :
CB Vault is the entrepreneurship division of Central Bank servicing emerging high growth businesses that have moved beyond the idea stage and are prepared to scale. We specialize in helping post-revenue pre-profit companies access needed capital through commercial lending, SBA financing, as well as venture debt. We also focus on providing the necessary guidance to help these businesses grow responsibly.
Opportunity :
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join the CB Vault team as a Part-Time Loan Assistant. This role plays a crucial daily part in supporting CB Vaults overall mission to serve Utah's entrepreneurs. What We're Looking For Customer Service experience preferred Basic Financial Literacy and ability to read financial statements Strong computer skills with Microsoft office suite Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Highly organized and detail-oriented What You'll Do Serve as liaison between loan officers, internal departments, and customers Attend entrepreneurship networking events Process draws, filings, and paid accounts on closed loans Manage loan files Handle all loan related processes Pull credit reports and process customer payments Verify loan packets are complete and accurate before submission Work with customers to gather complete loan application packets Assist with preparation of loan presentations Compensation & Benefits Wage is negotiable, based on experience and skill set. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, approximately 20 hours per week (some flexibility available)
