Job Description
Job Summary A growing real estate and escrow services team in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support the coordination and processing of real estate transactions from opening through closing. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, lending, mortgage, banking, or a highly regulated administrative support environment. The Escrow Assistant will work closely with Escrow Officers, clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other transaction partners to keep files organized, deadlines on track, and closings moving smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the title and escrow industry while working with a professional, collaborative team that values accuracy, responsive communication, and strong customer service. - Assist Escrow Officers with the processing and coordination of real estate transactions from file opening through closing.
- Open new escrow files, organize required documentation, and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Order and track title, payoff, HOA, and other transaction-related information.
- Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members regarding transaction status and outstanding items.
- Prepare and distribute escrow-related documents, correspondence, and closing support materials.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on missing documentation, and help ensure transactions progress accurately and efficiently. Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Bellevue, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Support the coordination and processing of real estate escrow transactions.
- Maintain accurate escrow files, documentation, and transaction records.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and internal teams to support timely closings.
- Track deadlines, outstanding items, and required documentation throughout the transaction process.
- 1 to 2 years of related administrative, escrow, title, real estate, lending, mortgage, banking, or financial services experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to learn and navigate escrow, title, or other industry-specific software systems.
- Accurate data-entry skills and the ability to handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in escrow, title, real estate transactions, mortgage, lending, or banking.
- Familiarity with escrow or title software.
- Experience supporting Escrow Officers, closing teams, or real estate transaction professionals.
- Background working in a deadline-driven, regulated, or document-intensive administrative environment.
