What I'm looking for: Experienced Loan Officer with a proven track record of Structuring Loans Impeccable technical skills — comfortable in loan origination systems and pipeline management Rock-solid knowledge of guidelines (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM and Rehab) Someone who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and getting files done right the first time Excellent Customer Service (Absolute must have skill) What's offered: A supportive Team Culture built on honest communication and relationships that last beyond the closing table A steady, proven pipeline of business to jump into right away If you're a detail-driven LO who thrives on volume and wants to be part of a growing, client-first team, I'd love to talk.
