$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Depending on Experience Job description: Full Time Escrow Assistant CW Title & Escrow, the largest title and escrow company headquartered in Washington, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to our thriving North Queen Anne office. Join the exciting Real Estate industry and get experience in multiple facets of this fast-paced world. The successful candidate will provide assistance and support to an energetic escrow closer. Our company is looking for enthusiastic individuals, who will then get in depth training and a chance to work with dedicated and experienced team members. The qualified candidate will possess some or all of the following: High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, must be able to multitask Warmth and empathy to clients calling in Strong computer skills and able to learn internal computer programs quickly Strong communication skills Bi- or multi-lingual is a plus At least two years of escrow experience is required Embrace CW's core value system of Integrity, Teamwork, Community, Expertise, and Gratitude The day-to-day specifics: Full-time position 40hrs/week, 8am-5pm Review Purchase and Sale Agreements Coordinate the earnest money deposit with the buyers and release with the sellers Answer phone calls regarding the Escrow and Closing process Process escrow files including title clearing Schedule signings and coordinate notaries and provide detailed instructions for funds to close Prepare funding packages to send back to the lender Help with disbursements, prepared local and national courier packages, and sending out wires What you should expect fromCW Title & Escrow:
