Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityA growing title insurance agency is seeking Escrow Officers / Closing Agents to join its team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced title, lending, or real estate professional who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional closing experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing transactions from start to finish, coordinating with lenders and real estate professionals, and providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout the closing process.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage escrow and closing files accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate closing activities with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Prepare for and conduct real estate closings in a professional and organized manner.

Review and manage transaction documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Communicate effectively with clients and transaction partners throughout the closing process.

Guide buyers and sellers through closing procedures and address questions or concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records and ensure files are handled in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.

Provide a welcoming, professional experience for clients at the closing table.

QualificationsPrevious experience in title, escrow, lending, real estate, or a related field is required.

Experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Agent, Title Processor, or similar professional is highly preferred.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Professional, outgoing, and confident demeanor.

Ability to work effectively with lenders, real estate agents, clients, and internal team members.
