Underwrite loans, review files, and maintain accuracy in lending decisions Expand your network by fostering lasting partnerships with top referral sources-realtors, builders, and community leaders. Champion community engagement at events, parades, and expos. Deliver top-tier expertise to every borrower by staying ahead of the curve with ongoing education in USDA, VA, and construction loans. Leverage the expertise of the Mortgage Processing Team to enhance loan accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Own your portfolio with a results-driven mindset, monitoring performance and ensuring loan integrity through thoughtful follow-up.What We're Looking For:
3+ years of lending experience (mortgage, consumer, or similar) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Skilled in developing and nurturing referral networks Underwriting expertise is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach Why Citizens First Bank?
