We're looking for a knowledgeable, service driven Lending Specialist to join our Weston branch team! This role blends consumer lending expertise with front-line member services, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping members reach their financials goals, and supporting branch operations. Duties As a Lending Specialist, you'll support members by combining consumer lending expertise with branch member services. Interview members, process consumer loan applications, and communicate loan decisions Prepare loan documents, disburse funds, and explain terms and disclosures Support indirect lending and loan processing activities Open and service member accounts, perform transactions, and assist with account maintenance Assist members with debit cards, credit cards, online banking, and digital services Identify member needs and recommend appropriate CCU products and services Work collaboratively with branch and lending teams to deliver an exceptional member experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in consumer lending and member services preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with strong organizational skills Comfort handling confidential information with discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Intermediate math skills (rates, ratios, percentages, etc.) Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent member service Join a team where Our People Make a Difference and where your leadership will too.
