The opportunity Establish your local office, write bonds, and grow county by county by recruiting and managing a network of subagents. Your earnings On money collected from bonds you personally write: 70% to you 25% to Craven Bail Bonds 5% to a reserve account administered under the State Managing Agent agreement This is a commission-only, independent owner-operator opportunity , with no salary, guaranteed income, or employee benefits. Business responsibilities You cover your own taxes, benefits, licensing, and office expenses. Under the final agreement, you're financially responsible for business written under your authority—including subagent bonds—and related forfeitures, recovery expenses, collection costs, and other bond-related losses.
