This role is ideal for a mortgage lending professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working closely with loan originators, brokers, borrowers, escrow, title, insurance, and appraisal partners. The Commercial Loan Processor will play a key role in supporting loan origination, processing, documentation, broker communication, and timely closings. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-volume lending operation with clear performance goals, structured processes, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, confident, and able to keep multiple loan files moving while delivering a positive broker and borrower experience. Key Responsibilities Process and support commercial loan files from commitment through closing, with a goal of helping close approximately $100M in annual origination volume. Issue loan commitments, borrower loan packages, application forms, disclosures, loan documents, and supporting documentation accurately and within required timelines. Coordinate daily pipeline updates and participate in origination meetings to establish priorities, communicate loan status, and resolve outstanding items. Schedule borrower Zoom interviews, order appraisals, preliminary title reports, escrow services, and related third-party documentation. Review preliminary title reports, credit documents, insurance documents, closing documents, and legal documents to support clear and timely closings. Communicate with brokers, borrowers, loan originators, title, escrow, insurance providers, and appraisers to ensure a smooth and compliant customer experience.
