WE Mortgage Is Hiring - Loan Documentation / Submission Department WE Mortgage is expanding our mortgage operations team and is currently hiring professionals for our Loan Documentation / Submission Department .

Open Positions:

Loan Documentation / Submission Manager Loan Submission Specialist / Loan Processor Loan Documentation Assistant Our Loan Documentation / Submission team is responsible for receiving new loan submissions, reviewing loan packages for completeness, setting up loan files, coordinating required documentation, and preparing files for an efficient transition to underwriting.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Receive and review new loan submissions from brokers and loan originators Set up new loan files in the Loan Origination System (LOS) - BytePro Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness Identify missing or inconsistent documentation Coordinate with brokers, Account Executives, and internal operations teams Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting submission Assist with initial disclosures and required documentation, as applicable Track outstanding documents and submission conditions Maintain accurate loan status and pipeline information Follow up with brokers and internal teams to keep files moving efficiently Support underwriting, closing, and funding teams as needed

For Manager Candidates:

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience managing mortgage submission and processing workflows, establishing departmental procedures, supervising staff, monitoring pipeline turn times, maintaining file quality, and coordinating effectively with Sales and Underwriting.

Qualifications:

Residential mortgage lending experience preferred Wholesale/TPO mortgage experience is highly desirable Familiarity with loan applications, income, asset, credit, title, appraisal, and other mortgage documentation LOS experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience requirements will vary by position.
