Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Project-Based Opportunity An established agricultural lending and financial services organization in Fresno is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to support a high-priority documentation project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in mortgage processing, loan documentation, escrow, title, or financial services who is highly organized and enjoys keeping files moving through the lending process. What You'll Do- Review loan files and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Identify missing information and proactively follow up with internal departments
- Prepare and organize complete documentation packages for credit review
- Scan, upload, and maintain electronic loan files
- Perform detailed data entry and update loan databases
- Coordinate with appraisal, operations, and credit teams throughout the process What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of mortgage processing, loan administration, escrow, title, banking, or related document-processing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incomplete or inaccurate documentation
- Excellent organizational, research, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, document management systems, and general business software
