Q Summary:
The Senior Loan Processor oversees the documentation and submission process for mortgage loans. They serve as the main point of contact to the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan officer and mortgage underwriter from origination through the close of the mortgage transaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides professional and expedited customer service to borrower(s).
  • Review underwriting approval and LOS for required conditions needed to move file through post-closing.
  • Analyze documentation and verify qualifications.
  • Reach out to customers to obtain and review items to clear underwriting conditions.
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal departments
  • Diligently meet company goals and deadlines
  • Interact with external and internal parties to take loan from origination to funding.
  • Review conditional loan approvals and handle transactions from approval to close.
  • Prepare loan files in LOS for accurate figures at a time of closing.
  • Schedule closing and coordinates notary with title
  • Ensuring loan documents are prepared.
  • Validate all income and employment verification.
Qualifications:
  • 3 years minimum experience processing loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo., Purchase)
  • Ability to calculate income and restructure loan files as needed.
  • Motivated individual with a strong send of urgency
  • Experience with Encompass 360
  • Flexible and adaptable, learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior customer service with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal to borrowers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and operate independently.
Education:
High School or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Full-time- Onsite Schedule:
8-hour shift M-F Weekends when needed.
Payment frequency:
Paid semi-monthly.
