This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with at least one year of mortgage-related experience who are eager to grow their career in mortgage operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming mortgage notes via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Create and organize loan folders, ensuring accuracy of borrower details and lien types. Prepare packages for warehouse banks and manage daily FedEx shipments. Audit and file notes according to warehouse guidelines. Support the Note Department Supervisor and Manager with compliance and operational tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office equipment.
