Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Processor to join our growing team. As part of our data processing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and smooth operation of pledge processing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately sort, batch, and enter data from gift processing cards into our system. Perform lookups and verify information for gift processing cards. Run 10-key tapes on pledges, including cash, checks, and credit card information, to ensure proper processing. Collaborate with team members to maintain high accuracy and data integrity in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience with Blackbaud

• Raiser's Edge or Amergent
• Portfolio is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access). Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
