TO RESIDE IN BROWARD OR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL THE OPPORTUNITY

South Florida Law Firm/Title Company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Title Processor and Closer with at least two years in the industry. Candidate must be able to work a residential file from start to finish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: At least two years of Florida residential real estate title closings Title processing, complying with title requirements and clearing title exceptions Managing and performing a high volume of closings with little or no assistance Handling post-closing duties including cutting checks, issuing policies, etc. Ability to work autonomously Excellent computer skills

Additional Information:

Salary:

55k - 65k. Salary is commensurate with experience
