The Specialist Foreclosure plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of loan-related tasks. This position involves working with a variety of loan types and investors, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our team's efficiency and productivity. Assist in mortgage discharge for paid-in-full loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Generate and review monthly reports for zeroed loans, including investors. Manage re-assignments and releases for fee-based investors on a monthly basis. Process land deal releases and satisfactions. Upload releases and re-assignments to Simplifile and ensure data accuracy. Enter data for recorded releases and re-assignments. Queue and mail prom notes to customers as required. Handle REO loan and equity trade releases efficiently. Assist with special projects as assigned by the team lead or manager. Notarize Documents. Research online County records.
