We are growing fast and building a professional, high-performing team. The Role We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven loan processor to own documentation and compliance on every loan. Reporting to the Co-Founder and Chief Sales Officer, you will keep our pipeline organized, accurate, and moving steadily to close. You will work closely with our loan consultants, title companies, and attorneys, and communicate directly with borrowers at the critical moments of each transaction. This is a collaborative, fast-paced seat for someone who takes pride in precision. Key Responsibilities Review new loan files daily and verify documentation. Maintain the loan tracker for timeliness and accuracy. Complete background checks and upload public records. Collect tax ID, permits, and required reports. Communicate with loan consultants, title companies, and attorneys. Communicate with borrowers on compliance at critical times. Create, update, and maintain a master checklist per loan. Provide multiple daily updates on every loan status. Schedule closings and confirm attendance by all parties. Send wiring instructions to title companies and confirm wires. Maintain Google Drive folders, worksheets, and calendars. Who We Are Looking For Hard money or private lending experience strongly preferred. Mortgage, title, or banking processing experience considered. 3-5 years of relevant lending or processing experience. Undergraduate degree preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus. Proficient with Google Suite and modern technology tools. Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Exceptional work ethic, organization, and communication skills.
