Administrative Assistant Location:
Hudson, FL Full-Time | In-Office We are seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Title Processor / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with title industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in providing excellent service to Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in a real estate transaction. The Title Processor / Administrative Assistant will assist with residential real estate files from contract through closing while providing administrative and front-office support to our closing team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, direct calls appropriately, and provide friendly and professional customer service. Greet clients and visitors and assist with general front-office needs. Open and process new title files upon receipt of a real estate contract. Review contracts and gather information necessary to process transactions. Order title searches, lien searches, surveys, HOA/condominium estoppels, mortgage payoffs, and other required closing items. Review title commitments and assist with satisfying and clearing title requirements and exceptions. Follow up on outstanding documents and requirements to ensure files remain on schedule for closing. Communicate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, HOAs, surveyors, and other parties throughout the transaction. Review lender title requests and provide requested title documentation. Maintain accurate and organized electronic files. Track important dates, deadlines, and outstanding items. Assist closers with preparing files and documents for upcoming closings. Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Provide general administrative and office support to the closing team. Assist with additional title, processing, and closing duties as needed. Qualifications Previous title industry preferred Minimum of 2 years of title processing or related real estate closing experience preferred. Working knowledge of the residential real estate closing process. Understanding of title commitments, payoffs, surveys, HOA/condominium estoppels, lien searches, and title requirements. Ability to manage multiple files and priorities while meeting deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Closer's Choice experience preferred. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Dependable, professional, and willing to assist wherever needed.
