We are seeking a dynamic Processor/Closer to join our team at Expert Title Team. As a Processor/Closer, you will play a vital role in facilitating real estate transactions by managing the closing process with precision and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to ensure all aspects of the closing process are executed smoothly and in accordance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

Review and prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, and other necessary documents for real estate transactions. Coordinate with various parties involved in the closing process, including lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys. Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to identify any issues that may affect the property's title. Resolve title issues promptly and effectively, ensuring clear and marketable title for the buyer. Prepare settlement statements, coordinate funding, and oversee the disbursement of funds at closing. Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the closing process.

Requirements:

Experience Preferred. Proficiency in title software and MS Office applications. Strong understanding of real estate contracts, title insurance, and closing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing real estate transactions. Title insurance license preferred but not required.
