Our client is seeking an Assistant Processor to join their team. In this role, you will assist the title processing team with real estate closings and support with basic legal work. It is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$55,000 - $70,000 Paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive benefits package available

Key Responsibilities:

Assist title processing team with real estate closings. Follow up with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties. Order and track surveys, payoff statements, lien searches, estoppels, and other closing items. Coordinate document signatures and track progress. Assist with basic entry-level legal work. Keep files organized and help move transactions efficiently from contract through closing. Qualifications & Traits Prior real estate or title experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. Highly organized, dependable, and personable. Energetic with a strong eagerness to learn.
