Buckhead Office, HIGHLAND Capital Group Highland Capital, a nationwide commercial lending firm, is seeking a Part-Time Junior Loan Processing Assistant to work directly with our senior processor and assist with loan file preparation and borrower coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage or lending industry experience who is looking for a flexible schedule and the potential to grow into a full-time role. About Highland Capital Highland Capital is a nationwide commercial lender specializing in financing solutions for real estate investors and business owners. Our team focuses on efficient loan processing, strong client relationships, and helping borrowers secure the capital they need to grow. Position Overview The Jr. Loan Processing Assistant will help support the loan processing team by organizing documentation, communicating with borrowers, and assisting with loan file preparation for commercial lending transactions. Schedule 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling Work from nearby office or partially from home Opportunity to transition into a full-time position Responsibilities Assist processor with preparing and organizing loan files Request and collect borrower documentation Review submitted documents for completeness Communicate with borrowers and internal team members Track outstanding conditions and follow up when needed Maintain accurate loan records and digital files Preferred Qualifications Experience in mortgage, lending, or loan processing preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple files Comfortable working with documents and financial information Familiarity with mortgage software or CRM systems is a plus Compensation Part-time hourly compensation Performance incentives available Growth opportunity into full-time loan processing role How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note describing your experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
