$25.85 A Brief Overview The Commercial Loan Support Specialist I prepares documents for all commercial loan types by following established lending policies and procedures. This role is responsible for providing prompt and accurate service to lending personnel. The Commercial Loan Support Specialist I is a multi-functional, customer-oriented individuals who rely on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of this job. Prepares commercial loan documents including new loans and renewals. What you will do Prepare and deliver compliant, enforceable loan document packages for Commercial loan types utilizing Bank software. Review documents to ensure the structure and terms of the loans conform to credit approval and Bank policies. Analyze business entity structures to ensure accurate loan documents. Communicate issues to lending officers and loan assistants. Conduct due diligence of title commitments, flood determinations, insurance, and other pre-closing items. Set up specific document requirements in the imaging and tracking system. Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industry regulations. Manage multiple tasks and respond to pressure and change with poise and confidence. Other Qualifications/Requirements Able to learn programs such as: LaserPro, INFO-ACCESS, OnBase, SharePoint, Xperience. Associate's Degree and less than 1 year consumer or commercial loan process preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
