Key Responsibilities:

Manage Files:

Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.

Verify Information:

Order third-party documentation including credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and employment verifications.

Coordinate Workflow:

Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and clear any conditions required for final approval.

Communicate:

Keep borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents updated on the status of loan files in a clear, professional manner.

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and federal/state mortgage industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:
